Operating mode
The component parts tube backlash stacked body, trigger the trigger, bolt, striker / hammer taps, pins, a cup seal, spring main and valve spring.
When armed, the lower tube, the main spring exerts pressure on the front of the attacker, which in turn is held in place by the sear of the trigger, the valve spring exerts backward pressure on the pin valve that closes the valve with the seal of the cup, thus slowing the air/CO2. In the top tube is the bolt which is connected by a rod to the striker and that is paintball in the chamber held in place by a notch.
When the trigger is pulled the trigger releases the striker, who flies being pushed forward by the main spring. When it reaches its limit before the trip, it impacts the valve spring, pushing the opening and cupseal the valve. The air/CO2 is released, a portion of its volume is sent up into the bolt, which by this time pushed the paintball in the barrel. This volume propels paintball in the air. The rest of the gas pressure to force against the attacker, pushing against the spring and all the way back from the trigger to reset forward to its resting position, at the same time the valve spring pushes the pin and cupseal before closing the valve and the system reboots for his next move.
The trigger of the trigger can be released either by mechanical force, in what is markers known mechanical or electro-magnetic solenoid in the electronic markers.
Clones
The stacked-tube blowback system was first established by PMI for PMI-III, later renamed the VM-68. Its simplicity and reliability be served has been copied and improved by many other manufacturers.
Due to the popularity of the Spyder and the availability of parts for many manufacturers have produced products similar to the Spyder. They use almost the inner parts and the same the Spyder. Some of these clones can be even better quality / performance for the Spyder, while some may be cheaper or lower quality.
This mechanism is used by most low-end mechanical and electronic markers and can be easily identified by the stacked tube body double.
Models
New Gen Electra & Driver
The new generation Electra and Pilot markers were introduced into the community Spyder in 2008. They were designed with a shorter body back the old style valve and the system of the attacker of the past, replacing the valve Gen II balance system used in the RS & Markers VS. They are equipped with a regulator and run a relatively low pressure 300psi from the box. This generation Spyder a simplified version that is short and comfortable, lightweight, quick with advanced electronics and every update about the past, including a locking feedneck metal.
Spyder VS Series
The VS series was released in 2006 and is directed towards new players speedball tournament. The Spyder VS1 is an electronic marker with eyes, burst modes with semi-automatic and three-round standard.
Spyder VS1 modified
The Spyder VS2 has a trigger system with overflow Spyder "3G" technology, and a valve that allows the marker to operate as an LP (low pressure) system. The Spyder VS3 adds a rocking trigger. The Spyder VS series is available in several colors, and allows the user to buy body kits that are interchangeable between SP2 and SP3.
Spyder MR Series
MR series markers are referred to players who prefer games like woodsball / Scenario. They have bodies mil-sim style with a choice of matte black or olive green matte finish and the same action spyders reliable than others.
The Spyder MR1 is the marker most basic MR and has a removable stock and totally mechanical (although there is an electronic version) measures Similar to most mechanical Spyders. MR2 Spyder features and framework for electronic trigger, and an Anti-Chop System (ACS) Bolt, which helps prevent chopping. The Spyder MR3 adds eyes on the electronic system to help prevent chops.
Series RS Spyder
The RS Spyder is new line of Spyder, using their "SE Technology" (Synergy Designed Technology) they claim to reduce barrel breaks. There are currently two models, the RS and RSX. The RS is the cheapest of the two and can run on CO2 or HPA approximately 300 PSI. The RSX is the upper end of the two, and according to Kingman's claims, it can only work on the HPA at a pressure of 250 PSI. In addition, they both include the membrane buttons and the RSX has a Tadao Technologies Circuit that is normally an upgrade of the secondary market for the other markers.
Spyder Classic Series
Spyder markers consisted first of these, to which they have not use the "classic" tag. Now, with the redesign of their line-up and introduction of new markers, they added the "classic" for the model name of the markers.
Electronic
Spyder Flash: The first electronic Spyder. Used barrel insertion innovative and dip-switch set the cooking methods. Weapons back with a guard often maligned aluminum bolt. Electronics were powered by a single 9.6 volt NiMH rechargeable battery. The charger plugs into a charger port on the back of the release handle.
Spyder Electra / p ACS: An electro-mechanical marker that has an anti-CHOP (ACS) Bolt, electronic trigger frame (CAMD v3.0), shooting 30 bps (balls per second) and a rocking trigger.
Spyder Electra / p eyes: same marker base as the Electra, but with a different electronic trigger frame (CAMD v4.0) and the break beam eyes to prevent chopping.
Spyder Imagine: low-end electro mechanical system IPI (Intelligent Push Button Indicator)
Spyder Pilot: A low-end electro mechanical marker has an electronic trigger frame (CAMD) with semi-automatic up to 20 points Basic three bursts, 6 bursts, and Full Auto modes. It also has a venturi-top weaponry bolt. The gun has a bolt-lub least, the pilot fSpyder vertical, but with a body different and Anti-Chop bolt (ACS) that helps prevent chopping and a different trigger frame (CAMD v2.0). Half as much as 20 basis points, 3 burst, 6 burst or full auto up to 13 basis points.
Spyder Fenix ACS: Characteristics of a regulator with pressure gauge, an electronic trigger frame (CAMD v2.0), and high-arming anti-Chop bolt (ACS) that helps prevent chopping.
Mechanical
Spyder Xtra with a piece of tail removed.
Spyder Rodeo: The Rodeo Mechanical Spyder is a semi-automatic marker which provides a controller that improves consistency, two-finger trigger and cocking back. He also presented a machined aluminum body. The top-of-the-line mechanical Spyder.
Spyder TL and TL Plus: TL and TL Plus Spyder semi-automatic mechanical markers presented a new for its time, smooth body, two-finger trigger, and Rear-Cocking, leaving the arming mechanism behind next oldest.
Spyder Xtra: The Xtra is a marker of entry level which included a mechanical two-finger trigger and gas-thru foregrip and weapons in the back.
Spyder Sonix: Another intermediate marker. Features two-finger trigger, gas-thru foregrip, and the top or side arms. Also available in Sonix Sonix Plus and Pro versions. Was made of re-manufactured basic Spyders. They were mostly re-anodized blue plant
